Art des Caves has an internal team of customer support and also provides a direct channel to consumers through the website. We also offer a technical support network covering the whole national territory and ensure the service at the maximum 48 hours in the capital for repair of any product.

Our supply department in conjunction with the warehouse, keeps strict control on the spare parts inventory, even for products of previous lines.

Environmental climate control and special wine cellars (minibars, cooler and wooden wine cellars) have one year warranty. Metal wine cellars have factory warranty of three years.
